Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using the digital readings and related services provided by 힐링웨이 (the “Company”) through Pingnyang, and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

2. Service

The Company provides digital content in the form of saju, astrology, and tarot readings based on information entered and cards selected by the user. Readings are for self-understanding and entertainment and do not replace professional medical, legal, investment, or mental-health advice.

3. Orders

An order is formed when the user reviews the product, price, delivery method, and cancellation and refund terms and completes payment. The Company may send payment details and a result-access link to the email provided.

4. User responsibilities

Users must enter accurate birth date, birth time, birth place, and email information. Users must not enter another person’s personal information without consent, use the service unlawfully, or interfere with its operation.

5. Delivery and limitations

Personalized content generation starts after payment. Timing may vary by product and demand. If delivery is delayed by maintenance, an external AI service outage, force majeure, or another unavoidable event, the Company will take reasonable steps such as regeneration, recovery, or refund.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow the separate Refund Policy and applicable law. Applicable law prevails if these notices are less favorable to the user.

7. Copyright

The Company owns rights in the service design, copy, characters, and systems. Users may keep and share their own results for personal use, but may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use the Company’s content without permission.
