- After payment, personalized digital content generation begins using the submitted information. The completed result is provided on screen and through a dedicated email link. Timing may vary by product and demand.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation may be requested before generation starts. After personalized content begins with the customer’s consent, cancellation for a change of mind may be restricted. Duplicate charges, final non-delivery caused by the Company, and other grounds required by law will be reviewed for refund or redelivery. Incorrect user input may make free regeneration or refund unavailable.
