힐링웨이 (the “Company”) complies with applicable privacy laws and processes personal information only to the extent necessary to provide its services.

1. Information we collect

• Required or product-specific information: name or nickname, date of birth, birth time, birth place, gender, email address, relationship status, and questions or concerns
• Payment and order information: order number, product name, payment amount, payment method, and payment approval or cancellation information
• Automatically generated information: access logs, IP address, browser and device information, and error logs
• Optional information: consent to receive the Lucky Letter, reviews, and ratings

2. How we use information

• To calculate saju and astrology information and generate personalized readings
• To approve payments, recover orders, and send result links and service emails
• To answer customer inquiries and handle errors, regeneration, and refunds
• To prevent misuse and improve service stability
• To send the Lucky Letter only to users who have consented to receive it

3. Retention

Personal information is deleted without delay after its purpose has been fulfilled. However, order and reading information needed for result access and customer support may be retained until the user requests deletion. Where required by law, records of contracts, withdrawal, payments, and supply may be retained for five years; consumer complaints or dispute-resolution records for three years; and access logs for three months. Marketing information is retained until consent is withdrawn.

4. Service providers and international processing

The Company may engage payment, server and database, email delivery, and artificial-intelligence service providers for service operations. Information entered by users may be transferred to and processed by an overseas artificial-intelligence service provider while a reading is generated. The Company uses contracts and security settings to manage the secure processing of personal information.

• Payment processors: payment approval, cancellation, and refunds
• Vercel and Supabase: service hosting, data storage, and operations
• Anthropic: generation of personalized reading text
• Resend: delivery of order, result, and operational emails

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information, and may withdraw marketing consent. Information subject to a legal retention obligation may be stored separately for the required period.

6. Security measures

The Company applies measures necessary to protect personal information, including access restrictions, separation of secret keys, encryption in transit, access tokens, and error monitoring.
